I stayed here for five nights and was thrilled to find some amazing parks like kensington gardens just a short walk away, and the iconic victoria and albert museum was also nearby, making my city strolls enjoyable and convenient. although the room was basic, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent, providing a good start to my explorations.

We had a lovely two-night stay where we enjoyed the cozy lounge and a nice tea station on every floor. It was great to unwind in the common areas and check out the TV room while the kids played nearby. Just a heads up, the triple room felt a bit cramped, but overall, it was a nice experience! 😊

the hotel is in a great location, super close to the tube station which made getting around really easy. plus, there are a bunch of nice restaurants and bars nearby, so u don’t have to go far for food. room was clean and cozy, had everything we needed for our stay. the staff were friendly and helpful too! breakfast was decent, got us started for the day.

Had a lovely time exploring the city. The location is on point, so close to two Tube stations, which was super handy. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were really friendly. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, but the common area looked nice. Just wish the carpet was in better shape.

We found the location incredibly convenient for our sightseeing plans, with many attractions just a short walk away. The front lounge area of the hotel was beautifully decorated, which made a great first impression. the quad room was quite cramped for our family of four. there was minimal space for our luggage and personal items. Although the breakfast had some good options, we were disappointed when certain items weren’t available at the designated time.
